As a DevOps Engineer at CodeNinja, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our software development and delivery processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software code and infrastructure, enabling our engineers to deliver high-quality products faster and more efficiently. With your expertise in implementing effective DevOps practices, you will help us continuously improve our development and operations workflow while maintaining a high level of reliability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Design and build efficient, scalable, and reliable infrastructure configurations to support our software development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth integration of applications and infrastructure.
- Automate the configuration and deployment of infrastructure resources using modern tools and technologies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of our systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with development and operations teams.
- Implement and maintain effective backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Contribute to the improvement of our development and operations workflow through the implementation of best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with related tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems administration and shell scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
