We are located in sunny Santa Ana and consist of energetic team members ready to make the next move in online marketing. We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Amazon Specialist to manage and manipulate data efficiently while being able to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
1.Helium 10 Expertise:
-Proficient use of Helium 10 for keyword research and listing optimization.
-Stay updated on the latest features and tools within Helium 10 to maximize listing performance.
2. Amazon Flat Files Mastery:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon flat files for listing creation and updates.
- Ability to manage and manipulate data efficiently outside of Seller Central.
3. Keyword Indexing, Ranking, and Monitoring:
- Implement strategies for effective keyword indexing and ranking.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize keyword usage.
4. Product Launch Expert:
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful product launches on the Amazon platform.
5. Replenishment Inventory Management:
- Manage Amazon replenishment inventory, including creating new shipments and
optimizing stock levels.
6. Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and master new tools and techniques in
the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape.
7. Amazon Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to analyze Amazon reporting data.
- Extract actionable insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making
processes.
8. Appeal Writing Skills:
- Write compelling appeals based on provided inputs to address any issues or
challenges that may arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Amazon Marketplace Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Helium 10, Amazon flat files, and replenishment inventory processes.
- Strong understanding of keyword indexing, ranking strategies, and product launches.
- Proficiency in Amazon reporting, advanced Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
