Catalog or Catalogue? Whichever way you spell it, the Catalog team ensures customers are able to find the products they are looking for. They make sure we have the best content, the right price and updated stock availability in the app for customers and shoppers.
Do you hate it when someone puts the empty milk carton back in the fridge :persevere: ? Well, then you're someone who understands the importance of having an updated catalog, and we're looking for you to be the next Catalog Analyst to join Cornershop by Uber.
What will you do? - You will be the right hand of the Head of Catalog for issues that affect the user experience by not finding products in the store that they requested or finding prices different from those published in the app.
- You will generate and consult analysis to find trends and improvements within the inventory and information related to products of all our stores.
- You will work with commercial, operational and technical teams to carry out initiatives that improve the information of our inventories and prices, as well as the user experience when buying.
- You will define processes to keep the information as close to reality as possible, based on information shared by stores, users, shoppers and behavioral trends.
What do you need to succeed? - Experience in multidisciplinary team projects.
- Organized and action-oriented.
- Analytical.
- Intermediate-Advanced English.
- Intermediate python, SQL and Excel.
