Job Description
Biotechnological startup committed to create solutions to impact climate change, animal abuse, and humanitarian issues around the world. Looking for a Head of People.
Reporting to CAO, CEO amp; Founder of the company, his main responsibilities will be:
•The position will be responsible for leading the HR area and ensuring the correct creation of the HR company’s process.
•Establish salary bands.
•Maintain the payroll system and find opportunities for improvement.
•Lead and Implement the talent review system.
•Lead and Implement OnBoarding of the company.
•Lead and Implement a hiring system.
•Take charge of the company's general communications and ensure that they are aligned with the company's vision.
•Lead Team Building activities.
Requirements
Qualified in HR Administration or Equivalent, with at least 2+ years of experience leading the HR area in companies start-ups or Samp;MB. Ability to work in a team and being able to deal with multidisciplinary teams.
We are looking for candidates with leadership skills, high capacity for organization, analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving. High capacity to adapt to changes, agility, and resilience.
Advanced English is mandatory.
